Placing and Receiving Orders
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, The Ark Spot ships all items within 2-4 business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. You may place an order through thearkspot.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests. *We only accept orders within United States only.
All prices and purchase requirements are shown in U.S. dollars. Kerusso accepts all order payments in U.S. dollars.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call (352) 400-4952 or (352) 476-2629, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, to speak with a customer service representative. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

When placing an order at thearkspot.com you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from United States to which we ship.
Coupons and Discount Codes
Every coupon valid on thearkspot.com has a discount code. Enter this code at the checkout page when you are checking out on thearkspot.com to receive your discount. Only one coupon or discount of any type may be used at a time. Please check your coupon for details. The Ark Spot coupons are not redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward any previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of The Ark Spot e-Gift Certificates.
Shipping and Handling
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process The Ark Spot ships all items within 2-5 days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
Changing Your Password
You may change your password easily by signing into your The Ark Spot account and editing your account information. You will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password? page, you should go to the Change Password page immediately to create a new password. It is important that your password be easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. You should change your password every time you ask us to send you a new password.
